Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which I receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify me of the withdrawal of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned in suitable packaging to avoid transport damage.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This particularly applies to individually commissioned artworks, custom orders, and personalized special designs.
